Puri Kitchen

This modern Thai restaurant is owned by dynamic young chef, NaPatsakorn ‘Puri’ Kitka, 24 who has a mission to elevate Thai cuisine to the world stage. He focuses on traditional regional dishes but presents them in a modern and dynamic way; each dish presenting itself with a history and a story.

Start off with the eponymous Puri Puri which is a roti filled with all sorts of delicious goodies such as potatoes, carrots, eggs, mangos and chili, served like a coconut tree! This dish reflects Chef Puri’s past growing up in the south of Thailand. The spicy rice salad with vegetables and eggs is another crowd pleasure, as is the mixed rice ole style which is filled with herbs and spices. One dish we highly recommend is the snapper steak with lemon cream sauce, aromatic and when served with vegetables from the south, is a healthy and delicious dish. The chocolate mouse is a perfect ending to the Puri story.
