CityNews – A woman found dead over the weekend in a forest fire at Ban Khun Pae, Chom Thong district.
Tanee Kitjaroenpat, a 41 year old Karen woman who took part in preventing widespread forest fires in Mae Chaem district, sadly lost her life in a fire. Due to the steep slope area and a particularly strong bushfire, Tanee died on the spot after being engulfed in flames on Thursday, 2rd April 2020.
