CityNow – A suspected drug dealer was gunned down by soldiers On 11th September around 11.45 p.m. at Baan Huay Rai Samakki in the Mae Fa Luang District of Chiang Rai.
Pha Muang Soldiers reported that they attempted to stop 3-6 men carrying sacks and arms (unknown type) through a security check in the darkness. A gunfight ensued with the men and the soldiers.
The soldiers said they killed one of the men and found 40,000 amphetamine pills near the body.
