Torrential rainfall last night between 3am-6am has lead to city-wide flooding. Our photographer takes to the streets to capture our city in water today.
Last night’s rainfall was measured at 33.4mm. Today the city will see rainfall in approximately 70% of its areas, said the Meteorological Department.
