CityNews – On 4th September around 8 p.m. Pha Muang soldiers, while travelling back from Mae Fa Luang District checkpoint to their station noticed two suspicious men riding a motorcycle.
The packages were labelled 999
When they tried to stop the motorcycle the two men fled, leaving behind the drugs. Police are now looking for the men.
