CityNews – The Meteorological Department has explained why the northern part of Thailand has been experiencing strong, cold winds on the 15th and 16th December.
It is high pressure from China, over to Vietnam, Laos, and upper Thailand, that has resulted in wind and will now manifest as low temperatures throughout the north of Thailand.
They said expect the temperature to drop as low as 8 – 10 degree Celsius from 16th to 19th December.
