CityNews – The cremation ceremony for the chivalrous pilot who died in a plane crash last week was attended by a King’s representative.
The cremation ceremony for Sqn. Ldr. Naruepon Lertkuson, who died in the plane crash this month was held on July 21st. He was hailed for trying to avoid collateral damage which resulted in him not ejecting in time to save his life.
The ceremony was joined by Araya Sukontharangsun, a royal representative to HM King Maha Vajiralongkorn and the Commander-in-Chief Royal Thai Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Chaiyapruk Didyasarin. The royal speech was delivered by Commander of Wing 41.
