CityNews – The rainy season has officially arrived, according to the Meteoritical Department.
On May 16th, Pairin Limcharoen, Chief of the Provincial of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office announced emergency disaster plans for Mae Ta Kai National Park and Ban Pang Faen, Pamiang Sub-District in Doi Saket which could face flash floods from the Mae Kuang River.
And on May 17th, in Chomthong District, a flash flood destroyed a chicken farm and caused alarm to many villages.
