CityNews – On 23rd September, Chiang Rai will announce the opening of City Line project (Chiang Rai city to Mae Fa Luang University) at Tambon Mae Khao Tom, expecting 5,000 attendees.

City Line is a new tourist route to promote Chiang Rai transportation and tourism. It is 12 km. long from the city to Mae Fa Luang University and divided into four stations – ASEAN Flower (near Kok Bridge), Art Stations (Opposite Chiang Rai Airport), Fruit Station (Moo.2, Tambon Mae Khao Tom) and Coffee & Tea Station (Mae Fa Luang University). The first phrase will start at the first station.

After long discussions among governmental, private and individual sectors, it was agreed that City Line could be the dream project for everyone as it would perfectly help connect the new attractions with the previous ones.
