CityNews – On 9th October police announced the arrest of six young alleged drug dealers: Surasin Kaewma (33), Apirak Sangruam (25), Ekkaraj Somkarn (28), Ja-eu Jahae (26), Kanueng Kongsuk (31), and Sri Kaja (36) with 1,420 amphetamine pills.
The arrests took place on 8th – 9th October after the police received about men selling drugs to the youth of Chiang Mai.
Police then ordered pills from the dealers and made their arrest at a meeting point in the Big C Supermarket on Chiang Mai – Hangdong Road.
Ja-eu was arrested at a terrace in front of Nakorn Ping Hospital but the police could not find any drugs. He was taken to the police station where police say he confessed that he had hidden 400 pills in his anus.
Kanueng and Sri were arrested on Changklan Road with 4 pills.
