Car rams motorcyclists sheltering in Faham tunnel

CityNews – Five people were injured after a car rammed into motorcycles parked in the Faham tunnel to seek shelter from heavy rain.

On June 13th at Faham tunnel on the superhighway heading out of town, police and a rescue teams responded to a collision with multiple casualties. Eye witnesses stated that due to heavy rain motorcycles made a stop on the side road in the tunnel, in the meanwhile, a car that came along the superhighway rammed into them. Five people were injured and sent to recover at the hospital.

Update (June 17th): Wichan Siri, 34, the driver of the pick up truck who into motorcycles lost control of his car while attemoting to overtake on the left.
