Concept Highlights from the Three Hotels
Eastin Tan Hotel Chiang Mai — “Reborn of Nature” A striking bamboo Christmas tree made entirely from recycled bamboo, symbolizing the resilience, elegance and cultural significance of Chiang Mai’s native materials. The tree is adorned with traditional handcrafted elements including woven mats, bamboo trays, handwoven flowers and delicate artisanal decorations, showcasing the beauty of local craftsmanship.
U Nimman Chiang Mai — “Light of Hope” A tribute to local artistry that connects people, culture and sustainability. This tree features iconic Bo Sang umbrellas, handwoven flowers, bamboo trays and traditional weaving elements, expressing joy, unity and the heartfelt spirit of giving throughout the season.
Travelodge Nimman Chiang Mai — “Circle of Giving” A heartfelt interpretation of sharing and community connection through two interactive Christmas trees:
-The Tree of Giving: Guests are invited to write promises to loved ones, their community, or the planet on Ema plaques and hang them on the tree.
-The Tree of Wishes: A space for visitors to express dreams and hopes, creating a collective tapestry of inspiration for the season.
Together, these artistic concepts elevate the traditional Christmas tree into a meaningful symbol that reflects a way of life rooted in nature, community and centuries-old Lanna wisdom.
