A 31 year old Lampang man has been arrested by Chang Puak police for stealing women’s underwear from a number of dormitories and apartments across Chiang Mai.
There had been reports of stolen underwear for the past two months across town and police made an arrest this week. Upon arrest, he was found to be in possession of two large boxes filled with underwear.
