Police have recommended permanent seizure of his motorcycle, and his parents or guardians are being summoned to face proceedings alongside him.
The commander added that any other riders found racing on the route would face serious charges and have their vehicles confiscated. Officers from Phuping Rajaniwet Police Station, under Superintendent Pol.Col. Sinothai Lilittham, are coordinating with additional victims to confirm whether all harassment incidents were committed by the same individual — though existing evidence strongly suggests they were.
