Diners in Chiang Mai can now be among the first in Northern Thailand to experience Sizzler Special, a newly enhanced dining concept from Sizzler Thailand, launched in partnership with Central Pattana at Central Chiang Mai and Central Chiang Mai Airport.
The new concept introduces an upgraded salad bar experience featuring more than 100 menu items, with prices starting from 249 baht. Designed to offer greater variety and value, Sizzler Special caters to health-conscious diners, families, and travellers looking for a casual yet premium dining experience.
The revamped salad bar showcases a wider selection of fresh seasonal vegetables, premium ingredients, and interactive food stations. Highlights include freshly prepared pasta cooked to order, rich truffle soup, a dedicated Thai flavours corner featuring spicy local favourites such as som tam, unlimited refill beverages, and an exclusive house Thai tea. Guests can also enjoy unlimited servings of Sizzler’s signature cheese toast and freshly made pancakes.
According to the company, the concept has been developed to elevate the traditional salad bar into a more complete dining destination, balancing freshness, quality, and variety while maintaining the brand’s reputation for value.
Among the standout features are premium seasonal produce such as baby carrots, asparagus, and carefully selected local vegetables, alongside made-to-order dishes and an expanded selection of hot and cold menu items.
The arrival of Sizzler Special marks the concept’s first expansion into Northern Thailand, reflecting Chiang Mai’s growing demand for contemporary dining experiences that appeal to both local residents and the city’s increasing number of domestic and international visitors.
Sizzler Special is now available at Central Chiang Mai on the 5th floor and Central Chiang Mai Airport on the 4th floor.
