Sataporn Construction Chiang Mai has announced a major corporate rebrand, bringing its network of companies together under a single new name: Thapon Constructions Group. It’s the most significant change the company has made in its 18-year history, and comes with a fresh push for ISO 9001:2015 certified standards across the board as it eyes expansion into a nationwide home-building brand.
Over nearly two decades, Sataporn Construction Chiang Mai has built a reputation for full-service home construction, having delivered more than 1,000 houses across a range of designs and styles. Managing Director Nikan Thanakulworachot is leading the rebrand, which she describes as a move to bring the company’s affiliated businesses under one unified standard and direction, streamlining management as the group looks beyond Chiang Mai.
This isn’t just a change of name or logo. The company says it has restructured operations at every level, from initial consultation and budget planning through to architectural design, construction management, handover and after-sales service, all now run under the same ISO-certified quality system.
Thapon Constructions Group brings together three affiliated firms: Satapon Construction Chiang Mai, Satapon Construction Phitsanulok and Satapon Premium Construction, pooling architects, engineers and construction specialists to offer clients a one-stop service. The company has also increased its registered capital to 10 million baht to support its growth plans.
For existing Sataporn clients, the company is keen to stress continuity: the same teams and after-sales support remain in place, with the rebrand framed as building on 18 years of trust rather than starting from scratch.
“We’re not just building houses,” the company said. “We’re building confidence, and we won’t stop until Thapon Constructions Group is one of the most trusted home-building brands in Thailand.”
