San Kamphaeng police announced on September 28 that the San Klang junction on Highway 1317 will open to traffic in both directions, into and out of the city, at 11am tomorrow, September 29.
Nobody will be cutting a ribbon. There is no opening ceremony of any kind. The head construction foreman will go over the bridge before it opens to check it is safe for drivers.
