Most recently, on September 1, 2025, the Phamuang Force, together with a medical team from Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital, assisted in transporting a 13-year-old male patient who had suffered a serious accident. The transfer was made from Fang Hospital to Nakornping Hospital. A fully equipped medical team and an emergency ambulance were on-site to provide continued treatment.

This mission was carried out under the Third Army Area’s operations, in accordance with the orders of the Royal Thai Army to support citizens facing medical emergencies. These efforts respond to requests from the National Institute of Emergency Medicine and follow the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Emergency Medical Operations by Aircraft. The MOU involves cooperation between the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Public Health, the National Health Security Office, and the National Institute of Emergency Medicine. Its purpose is to ensure the Royal Thai Army is prepared to deploy personnel and equipment to support citizens during any crisis.
