Maxim Supports Firefighting Volunteers Amid PM2.5 Crisis with Chiang Mai University Through Essential Supply Donation

Amid ongoing PM2.5 air pollution affecting Northern Thailand, Maxim Thailand extended its support and encouragement to personnel and volunteers carrying out wildfire control and suppression efforts by donating essential supplies to Chiang Mai University at the SD One Stop Service Donation Center, also known as “Tee Diao Hoo Rueang.”

The donated items included gloves, face masks, and over 400 bottles of drinking water, aimed at supporting frontline personnel and volunteers who continue to operate under challenging conditions caused by wildfires and haze impacting multiple areas across Chiang Mai.

A representative from the Student Development Division of Chiang Mai University said, “On behalf of Chiang Mai University, we sincerely thank Maxim for recognizing the importance of wildfire suppression efforts and for contributing support to uplift the morale of all personnel involved. These donated items will be distributed to volunteers in the field as soon as possible to maximize their benefit in monitoring and addressing wildfire challenges in a sustainable manner.”
