A Culinary Voyage Across Asia continues at Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel with Episode 4: South Korea, presenting an elegant and authentic Korean dining experience crafted by a true culinary master. This exclusive promotion highlights the bold yet balanced flavors of traditional Korean cuisine—refined with modern techniques and presented in an inspiring setting.

The Ping Cuisine and Bar is honored to welcome Chef Dae Hyuk Yoon, a seasoned Korean culinary expert from Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Pangyo. With over 20 years of professional experience, including tenure at the renowned Forbes Five-Star The Shilla Seoul, Chef Yoon brings his deep-rooted passion and creative flair to Chiang Mai, blending Korea’s timeless culinary traditions with innovative presentation.

From 25 July to 2 August 2025, Guests are invited to indulge in a curated a la carte menu featuring iconic Korean dishes such as the Spicy Squid & Water Parsley Salad, a refreshing starter with a fiery kick; the rich and comforting Kimchi Jjigae with Pork, a beloved Korean stew; Beef Bulgogi, a tender, marinated beef dish full of umami; Stir-Fried Small Octopus & Pork, combining bold textures and flavors; and the flavorful Braised Pork Ribs, slow-cooked to perfection. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the essence of Korean heritage with a modern twist.

This Korean culinary showcase is available a la carte daily from 11:00 to 23:00 hrs (last order at 22:30), with prices starting at THB 150 per dish.

The Korean journey culminates on Sunday, 3 August 2025, with a special-themed brunch at The Ping Cuisine and Bar, where guests can enjoy a dedicated Korean corner exclusively featuring dishes from Chef Yoon’s repertoire. Enhancing the experience, the buffet also offers seafood on ice, fresh oysters, roast beef, cold cuts, cheeses, authentic Thai and Northern Thai dishes, Peking duck, dim sum, and a curated selection of Chinese delicacies—making it a truly diverse and flavorful dining celebration. The brunch is priced at THB 1,299 net per person.
