With its beginnings in Khon Kaen province over 30 years ago, and recognized by the Michelin Guide in 2023, 2024, and 2025, Krua Supanniga by Khun Yai Somsri has presented authentic Thai cuisine from all regions, particularly the signature Eastern Thai dishes based on grandmother’s treasured recipes – flavors deeply ingrained in the memories of descendants. These are translated into the special menu of Ging Grai by Krua Supanniga, featuring dishes such as Moo Chamoung (Pork Belly Stew with Garcinia Cowa Leaves), where carefully selected pork collar is braised for 4 hours with heat-roasted Garcinia Cowa leaves for a unique taste. The menu also showcases must-try items such as Pu Ja (Stuffed Crab Shell), Nam Prik Pao Kak Moo Goong Haeng (Crispy Pork Crackling and Dried Shrimp Chili Paste), Panaeng Nuea Lai (Beef Cheek Panaeng Curry), Gaeng Pa Sab Nok (Spicy Stir-fried Minced Bird Curry), and Pla Kah Lum Plee Tod Nam Pla (Fried Cabbage with Fish Sauce).
