Doi Inthanon National Park has temporarily closed the Pha Dok Sieo nature trail and Mae Ya waterfall, after days of continuous rain triggered flash flooding and left the trails potentially unsafe for visitors.
Park officials say the closures will stay in effect until conditions return to normal and the routes are safe to reopen. They’ve apologized for the inconvenience and are asking tourists to follow staff guidance in the area while the situation is monitored.
