The order covers five points: constant monitoring and public warnings via loudspeakers, village broadcasts and social media; rapid mobilisation of district officers, village heads, defence volunteers and local volunteers for evacuation and relief; provinces keeping personnel rosters ready for immediate deployment; 24-hour shelters stocked with staff, supplies and equipment, backed by private and charitable support; and prompt damage surveys once conditions ease, covering deaths, injuries, missing persons, housing, farmland and public infrastructure.
The Director-General called for full readiness across all provinces and districts, with public safety the top priority, and ongoing reporting to the department until each situation is resolved.
