Department of Livestock Development, through the Chiang Mai Livestock Product Research and Development Center, under the Division of Livestock Products, held the second session of the “Master Butcher Training Programme: Enhancing Butchery, Processing, and Marketing of Beef and Beef Products Domestically and Internationally” for the northern region. This program is part of a Thai–Australian beef cooperation initiative between the Department of Livestock Development and the Australian Embassy in Thailand.
As part of the training activities, specialists from Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA)—a leading authority in the beef industry—were invited to serve as guest speakers, sharing their practical experience with over 30 Thai beef producers. The event also included open discussions and knowledge exchange sessions.
