Congrats to our local students at Chiang Mai University for bringing home the top prize in the Startup Thailand League 2025 (Northern chapter) and are now primed to head to Bangkok for the national championships in July.
This will be the 9th competition, and was the first in the region. The team won out from 45 teams across nine northern universities with the second and third places going to Mae Fah Luang University and Phayao University.
This competition highlights innovation and creativity in developing new models of business with over 90 businesses having already started up due to the various teams’ ideas over the years.
