Two nights ago following a deluge of rain between 8pm-9pm, saw areas of Chiang Mai University waking up to a flash flood.
The Strategy Department building, numerous student parking areas as well as areas in Chang Khian were also affected as water levels rose up by one and a half metres within 20 minutes.
By dawn water levels had completely receded.
