This morning at Tha Pae Gate, the deputy minister of interior joined Chiang Mai governor Charoenrit Sanguansat in launching the ‘Chiang Mai Safety City Destination’ campaign to stimulate tourism.
The aim, according to officials, is to publicise the fact that Chiang Mai is ready to receive tourists and that the city has taken and will continue to take all health and safety precautions to ensure the safety of visitors.
