The annual Chiang Mai Crafts Week returns for its seventh edition this Febuary 16th-20th, 2023 at Chiang mai Hall,Central Chiang Mai Airport from 10am to 8pm. This year’s theme is Think Green, and green crafts will be used to help preserve the environment. The event gathers more than 150booths featuring craftspeople and artists with their art works and products.
All craft lovers would have the opportunity to find a massive selection of handicrafts from various artisans and view their creations up close with more than 70 sessions of craft workshops which will be happening throughout the day.
Create your own craft by receiving individualised instructions from the craft masters in workshops such as embroidery (basic and advance), knitting and weaving lesson, a variety of hand sewn dolls, scented candles and soap producing, painting techniques, tailoring your own pants and more. The cost depends on the workshop. The fun game of “Crazy Book Crazy Craft” awaits you to join. This year’s game will be carried out differently. You can earn a highly rewarding craft prize.
