CHANGAN DEEPAL Charoen Auto Sales Chiang Mai organised the “DEEPAL Experience Test Drive”, inviting participants to experience the performance, technology and driving capabilities of DEEPAL electric vehicles on a scenic journey through Chiang Mai, Mae Taeng and Mae Rim.
The event began at the DEEPAL Charoen Auto Sales showroom in Chiang Mai, where participants were introduced to the vehicles’ features, technology and intelligent driving assistance systems, followed by a safety briefing before setting off on their journey.
The first leg took participants on a 60-kilometre drive to Mae Taeng, offering an opportunity to experience the vehicles’ acceleration, handling and driver assistance features under real-world driving conditions. The group then stopped for lunch at Stay Wild Mae Taeng, surrounded by the district’s natural scenery.
The journey continued towards Mae Rim, covering approximately 40 kilometres, with drivers switching seats along the way to ensure everyone had an opportunity to experience the vehicles firsthand.
In the afternoon, participants enjoyed a relaxing coffee break at Fleur Cafe & Eatery in Mae Rim, a garden café with a European-inspired setting. The stop also provided an opportunity to exchange driving impressions and share feedback before returning to the showroom in Chiang Mai.
Combining automotive innovation with lifestyle and travel experiences, the DEEPAL Experience Test Drive offered participants a closer look at electric vehicle technology while exploring some of Chiang Mai’s most picturesque routes.
The event highlighted DEEPAL’s approach to electric mobility, allowing prospective customers and automotive enthusiasts to discover the practicality, comfort and driving experience of electric vehicles beyond the showroom.
