The Botanical Garden Organization (BGO) has officially opened two new cafés under the brand BotaniGar Coffee at Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden in Mae Rim, Chiang Mai, offering visitors new places to relax and enjoy refreshments ahead of the upcoming cool season and peak tourism period.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Dr. Wattana Sakchoowong, Director of the Botanical Garden Organization, and attended by BGO executives and staff.

The two cafés have been strategically located at popular spots within the botanic garden, allowing visitors to take a break and enjoy the surrounding natural scenery.

Blue Vanda (BotaniGar Coffee) is located near the main entrance to the garden, close to Mae Sa Noi Waterfall. The café offers a selection of beverages alongside a co-working space, providing a relaxing setting for visitors to enjoy a coffee, catch up on work or unwind before or after exploring the garden.

Banyan Tree (BotaniGar Coffee) is situated within the Glasshouse Complex, one of the garden’s main attractions. Surrounded by mountain views, colourful flower gardens and a rainbow fountain, the café offers a peaceful retreat beneath the shade of a striking variegated rubber tree.

The opening of both cafés forms part of BGO’s ongoing efforts to improve visitor facilities and enhance the overall experience at Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden, particularly as Chiang Mai prepares to welcome more tourists during the cool season.

By combining botanical education, nature exploration and relaxing café experiences, the garden aims to offer visitors more opportunities to enjoy its scenic surroundings.

Both BotaniGar Coffee locations are now open, welcoming coffee lovers and visitors looking to enjoy a refreshing break amid the natural beauty of Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden in Mae Rim, Chiang Mai.
