Shangri-La Chiang Mai invites you to experience the vibrant spirit of “Bierfest – International Culinary Journey”, where authentic Bavarian flavours meet international delights in a lively and welcoming atmosphere., the event takes place from 1 October to 29 November 2025 at Kad Kafé, Level 2.
Inspired by Germany’s beloved Oktoberfest, this new dining experience brings the heartwarming ambience of a traditional beer hall to Chiang Mai, combining hearty cuisine, conviviality, and world flavours in one festive setting. Guests can savour a range of Bavarian classics, including German sausages, potato salad, sauerkraut, and freshly baked pretzels, alongside an extensive international buffet featuring both Asian and Western favourites.
Every Friday night, the experience is elevated with a Seafood Extravaganza, showcasing river prawns, blue crab, squid, mussels, sushi, sashimi, seabass, and lobster bisque, complemented by sizzling grill selections and the unmissable crispy German pork knuckle.
A curated selection of German-style beers and brews, from Wheat and Dark Lager to Helles and Bock, completes the authentic festival experience, allowing guests to raise a glass in celebration of good times, good food, and great company.
