Art prize deadline extended – the opportunity of a lifetime for a talented Thai artist

Spice Garden have announced they will extend the deadline for their art prize to 15 February to allow more artists to win the opportunity of a lifetime.

The sensational prize is an all-expenses paid, three-week art residency at the acclaimed NG Art Creative Residency in Provence, France. Nicky Ginsberg, world-renowned curator, gallery owner, entrepreneur and artistic visionary, runs the Residency and will host and offer mentorship to the winner. The winner will also benefit from unique introductions and engagement influential figures from the art world, including other artists, patrons, gallerists, international curators, art historians and academics. The prize also includes the showcasing of winning work at a major art exhibition launching the winner on the international stage and a journey to potential stardom in the art world.

Provence has long held a special place in the art world with its light and landscapes inspiring great works from Vincent Van Gogh, Marcel Pagnol, Paul Cézanne and Darius Milhaud among thousands of others. The NG Residency is located at the 15th century Provencal homestead,  Mas des Pelerins (translated as the House of Pilgrims) at Eygalières, a picturesque village surrounded by stunning landscapes punctuated by olive groves, valleys and fields of vines.

The prize includes complimentary flights to France, all accommodation and meals for the lucky winner.
