CityNews – On 26th August Chiang Mai Governor Tanin Suphasaen was the president of the Thailand-Malaysia World Halal Expo 2013 Chiang Mai (WHEX 2013) meeting with Dr. Adisak Asmimana Executive Project Directo, Dato’ Seri Jamil Abidin Chief Executive of Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC), and Phunat Thanalaopanich President of Thai Hotels Association Northern Chapter.
The expo was will be held 24th – 27th October from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. at The International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
WHEX 2013 is an international business expo which will consist of embassy and international trade booths including beauty products, health food, and drinks, apparel, finance and banks, medicines, education, tourism and hotel, as well as international and national governmental organizations who promote halal business.
