CityNews – On Tuesday, 8thApril, Payap University International College and CBT-IRDC will present “International Public Seminar: Multi-stakeholder approaches in developing sustainable tourism destinations in ASEAN”. The seminar will take place from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
The aim of the seminar is to introduce and discuss how to develop and implement multi-stakeholder approaches in planning and development of tourism destinations to achieve more community benefits and sustainable development. Visioning is an important element to bring stakeholders together to jointly envision the future of tourism destinations.
During this seminar two speakers from the NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences, based in the Netherlands, will discuss two perspectives on this topic. The panel discussion will focus on the lessons learned from these two presentations for Thailand and ASEAN.
