CityNews – Two Chinese women have been arrested for working in an illegal online gambling den.
Police raided the residence in San Pu Loei, Doi Saket District on August 22nd in pursuit of an illegal online gambling operation. Zhou Kwan Kan, 26, and Wang Yaoping, 25, both of Chinese nationality, were arrested. They reportedly were recruited by an agency about a month ago and were tasked with website maintenance, promotion and administration jobs. According to their statement, the website generated over 100,000 thousand CNY per day over multiple gambling games.
