Medical staff at Maharaj Nakornping Hospital administered 1,200 Pfizer vaccinations to fellow medical professionals across Chiang Mai at Chiang Mai University yesterday. Five other hospitals in Chiang Mai were also offering vaccinations to medical professionals and those working at high exposure to the virus, with 3,858 doses to be administered within three days.
The three groups of people eligible for the Pfizer vaccine are; 1. Those who were receiving the vaccine as their third dose, after receiving two doses of Sinovac and Sinopharm, 2. Those who have received one vaccination already and wish to switch their second to Pfizer, and 3. Those who have recovered at least one month from catching the virus.
