Diageo Moët Hennessy (Thailand) is partnering up with Spice Garden Chiang Mai to host a contest for mixologists from all over the northern region of Thailand to serve out their best shots. Winners from this regional round will proceed to compete in the national stage in Bangkok.

Spice Garden will turn its flamboyant Brasserie & Bar, an outlet with dual concepts to be the venue for these contestants to show off their talents. During the day time, the outlet portrays as a dainty café which serves coffee, tea, and assorted desserts during the day time, and becomes a stylish lifestyle bar with premium whiskeys and spirits after the sun sets. There will also be two skillful and creative mixologists from the in-house to feature in the competition.

The World Class Thailand 2020: Northern Regional Round will be held on Thursday, January 29, from 9.00 am onwards. There will be around 25 mixologists competing to create the special drinks that represent the northern region of Thailand, under the topic “Botanical Journey.” Sponsors of this competition include Silpin, an emerging syrup brand created and made by Thai.
