CityNews – On February 7th, the Prime Minister’s Office announced that from this year onwards, the 5th of December, which was the birthday of the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej as well as being Thailand’s Father’s Day for the past 36 years, will become even more important on the Thai national calendar.
The day will continue to be a national holiday, as well as our nation’s Father’s Day, but it will also become the official National Day.
