CityNews – Mae Taeng took a surprise hit by a storm which led to several houses being damaged.
A September 28th report by Chiang Mai Disaster Prevention And Mitigation Office revealed that a storm had hit Mae Taeng yesterday causing damages to several houses with many collapsed trees spotted. Today, Chiang Mai will be expecting clear skies through out the day but in several days the Northern Meteorological Center has issued a warning for thunder storms in some areas of the northern region. Citizens are warned to avoid being near big trees and billboards.
