CityNews – Police were called to assist a mentally unstable man after he hid in the restrooms of Chiang Mai Municipality Stadium after being bullied by a group of teenagers.
An unidentified man was found in a restroom of Chiang Mai Municipality Stadium covered in minor injuries on September 25th. He was seen fleeing from a group of teenagers who were bullying him under the overpass near the stadium.
The rescue team found a stolen ID card, pain killers and few assets including a watch, earrings and a small amount of money. The man was sent to hospital to treat his wounds, but police are investigating whether the ID card and other belongings in his possession were stolen.
Police issued no explanation as to why the man was handcuffed.
