CityNews – Mong Thongdee has officially applied for citizenship.
The stateless paper plane champion, Mong Thongdee officially applied for citizenship today, August 3rd. After ten years of struggling, it was announced that he was finally qualified to apply last month as he was officially acknowledged as a person who has done good for the nation. His ID numbers will have to be approved by the Department of Provincial Administration. He is expected to received his ID card within 30 days.
Mong said that after receiving his citizenship he plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and to buy a home for his family.
