CityNews – A neighbour of dead women’s dog demands the driver of an official car to take responsibility for hitting a dog.
Nuttawut Kaewthong, 24, published a video clip which has over 1.1k views showing a dog being hit by a Department of Rural Roads official car. At the time of the incident, which occurred on August 28th, the driver did not stop to check on the dog. Nuttawut, who lives in the neigbourhood, revealed that the dog belonged to an elderly woman who recently passed away. He suspected that the dog was maybe out to look for his owner.
The dog is still suffering and unable to walk and Nuttawut who is taking care of him will be bringing him to the hospital if his condition is not better.
