Flight of the Gibbon Plant 7,780 Seedlings in Mae Takhrai National Park

CityNews – Mae Takhrai National Park has collaborated with Flight of the Gibbon and Doi Saket District by reforesting three areas including, Mae Takhrai National Park, Ban Huay Kaew and Ban Mae Wan in Doi Saket district with a total of 7,780 seedlings planted in one day.

The event was held on July 15th under Pracharath project with over 300 participants from public sectors including Pahlad Special Task Force, Doi Saket Forest Protection Unit, The Royal-initiated Pa Khun Mae Kuang Development Project, Pa Miang community, Doi Saket Police station and private sectors.

Flight of the Gibbon has the goal of plating 15,000 trees this year. 2,220 saplings have already been planted on June 24, and 5,000 more saplings will be planted in Tham Pha Thai National Park on July 22. According to Mr Ian Leonard, Managing Director of Flight of the Gibbon, the firm provides services that enhance ecotourism and supporting natural habitat is part of their sustainable responsibility.
