CityNews – A gang of three card skimmers from China were arrested in Chiang Mai after a Kasikorn Bank employee reported to police that a fake credit card was used at a hotel in Mae Rim.
30-year-old Lin Jingwen, 43-year-old Huang Haosong and 33-year-old Liu Zhitao were arrested at the hotel in Mae Rim after police traced the names of those who used the room.
Police seized one laptop, a credit card swipe machine, skimmers and fake credit cards found in their hotel room.
The three men still deny the charges despite the evidence found.
