Tea Leaf Lab

With over 15 years of experience in the culinary world under his belt, Chef Roman Sturn, along with his partner, decided to set up this little tea café serving superb teas and homemade pastries, using specially selected in-season ingredients to create the best taste possible. Florentines, scones, matcha choux creams, carrot cakes and cheese brioches are just a few examples of sweets available for tea-pairing. In the future, Tea Leaf Lab will also be opening an organic garden to the public, from which most of their ingredients will come.
