You can dine I air-conditioned comfort in their stylish Lanna contemporary dining room, sit on the verandah overlooking Wat Chedi Luang’s bustling entrance, or on the terrace overlooking the resort’s exclusive gardens. Start off with the classic Lanna hors d’oeuvres which comes with all the favourite local bites of spicy pork, pork rind, chili dips, fresh vegetables and sticky rice, arriving on a Lanna platter. Then try the unique curry pork nabe, where premium cuts of pork is cooked in a Japanese nabe hotpot in rich khao soy curry with all the ingredients of Chiang Mai’s famous dish being served together, an intriguing fusion of Japanese and Lanna cuisine, or if you can’t handle the heat, then order a succulent leg of lamb served with mashed potatoes.
