Shareholders of ASW Group a marketing consultant company, Woravuth Pathomworaskul and Sirirat Junpila, took us this month to Chong Chan Chinese Restaurant this month which is their absolute favourite streetside go to restaurant. The owner is always welcoming, the pair tells us, and they always order crab meat fried rice, drunken chicken, jelly fish in sesame oil, Szechuan soup and roast spare rib pork. The owner, Nathat Kitcharoenpon said that he had been collecting recipes for over 40 years, following multiple visits to China, and he highly recommends the shrimp potted with vermicelli, oyster omelette, crispy noodles in thick gravy and crab and braised fish maw in red gravy.   Chong Chan Chinese Restaurant Thipanet Road, T.
