NEST Mae Rim Chiang Mai is a boutique hotel which is true to its concept of a nest – warm, natural, homey. The signature kanom jeen nam ngiew, or rice noodles with spicy pork sauce, is based on a family recipe that has been passed down for generations and will impress even the most particular of kanom jeen aficionados. Also, the khao soy with meat or puff ball mushrooms is delicious, though if you are not in the mood for Thai food there is an excellent international menu to choose from. 
If you are an early bird, it is well worth checking in for a hearty breakfast of either a full fry-up breakfast or a delicious piping hot pork congee. Lunch box and catering services are available.
