‘Mint Mocha Frappe’ Special drinks at Cafe’ De Museum

After a trip to the Chiang Mai Art and Culture Museum in the old city, where better to go than the cafe next door, Cafe’ De Museum. This modern Lanna fusion style coffee shop serves up various coffees, smoothies, teas, snacks and cakes through out the day and offers a perfect air conditioned respite during a day of museuming. The baristas are highly skilled and each cup of coffee is perfectly served. One of their recommended coffees that is somewhat more extravagant than your regular latte is the mint mocha frappe. A shot of espresso mixed with coco and mint syrup makes this a refreshing but rich cup of coffee. This drink also partners well with one of their delicious cakes or sweet treats, or a side of ice cream with flavours like vanilla and fresh fruits. The air-conditioned room has access to plug sockets if you need to charge a laptop or your phone to do some work or extra research after browsing the museum. The cafe itself is decorated in styles and colour tones that match traditional Lanna styles but in a more modern setting. If you have your dog or cat with you, they are just as welcome as Cafe’ De Museum is a cafe that is pet friendly. Their small garden outside is perfect for pets to run around in and make new friends while the owners can focus on drinking some delicious brew. They also serve some light lunch dishes such as crab salad with avocado and a freshly grilled chicken burger. Cafe’ De Museum Open 9am – 6pm Phrapokklao Rd, Sri Phum Facebook: CafeMuseum 053 326 557
