10 years of success
Mix Restaurant is one of the city’s success stories, with franchises opening all over Thailand and beyond, following in the footsteps of its flagship restaurant on Nimmanhaemin Soi 1. It has been nine years now since Mix first wowed us with its eclectic, inventive and ultimately award-winning menu and its owner, Narissorn ‘Cham’ Somsawat has been constantly innovating and improving his food, setting and service ever since. Recently there has been a new addition of an art gallery as well as redecorating the interior dining area with bronze and black colours in homage of the late king. 
An exciting new venture which will be launched in the coming months is his joint venture with friends to open Saruda Finesse Cakery, a new bakery on Nimmanhaemin which will focus in hard to find modern desserts but with a rustic twist. We will keep you posted when it opens.
